Student Visa
Who can apply
An individual who is a regular student or student seeking admission/researcher in any government-approved educational institution in Bangladesh, he /she is eligible to apply for Student visa.
Duration of student visa
A student visa may be issued for a maximum period of one (01) year with multiple entries. The duration of stay in this category is as required in each visit.
Extension of visa
Visa may be further extended from Bangladesh. Extension up to the course tenure could be obtained from Department of Immigration and Passport (DIP) in Bangladesh.
Please note that the validity of the visa begins from the date of issue and not from the date of travel on your application form.

Visa fees are determined on the basis of reciprocity with the country of the foreign national seeking visa. Please note that the visa fee is non-refundable, even if the visa is denied or the visa application is withdrawn.
Consular Service by post
The Embassy of Bangladesh in Seoul provides consular services by post. You may send your visa application by post along with passport and all other required documents including a prepaid postal envelope with self-address, clearly written on top of the envelope.
In order to receive a visa by post, you must pay the visa fee by a postal order or bank draft in favour of the following:
